Specialist profile

Fill it in once and get a finished CV in the form employers in the Gulf read it: in English and Russian, one page, with projects and numbers. The link to your finished CV appears as soon as you send the form.

Filling it in is free. No account sign-in. Candidates never pay for placement — recruitment is paid for by the employer.

1 Who you are

Date of birth*

2 Where you are now

This is the first thing an employer looks at. It decides whether you can be on site in a week or whether a visa has to be arranged against a specific job.

Your status*
When you can travel*
Travelling with family*
Have you worked in the Gulf before

3 Trade

4 Work experience

The last three jobs. This is the part a CV is actually opened for.

Job 1

5 Education and documents

What you already hold

6 Languages

English*

Answer honestly. The level is checked on a short call, and an inflated self-assessment closes the door for more than just you.

Other languages you speak.

7 Photograph

A photograph is expected in a Gulf CV. A phone shot works — how it is taken matters.

JPEG or PNG, portrait orientation, up to 5 MB. Optional — the CV works without it.

Do this
  • chest up, face about half the frame
  • plain light background
  • even daylight, not against a window
  • tidy clothing, looking into the lens
Not this
  • selfie from below at arm's length
  • helmet, hi-vis vest, sunglasses
  • building site and other people in frame
  • dark or busy background

What we do and what we do not promise

We prepare your CV and pass it to local recruiters and the companies we work with. We do not guarantee employment: the employer decides, and the employer requests the work visa against a specific job. Candidates pay nothing — recruitment is paid for by the employer.

Terms and data processing

Profile received

It is in the database. The CV in English and Russian is ready. If anything is missing we will write and ask.

Your CV is ready. Save the link — it opens any time

Open the CV

This is your permanent address. Save it — the CV opens any time, from any device.

Not enough for a CV yet

Your form is saved and we have it — there is nothing to fill in from scratch. What is missing is the material a CV is built from.

Open the form with the same email and phone: your answers come back, and you only add what is listed above. The record updates, no duplicate appears.

Add to the form

Your form went the backup route

Our receiver did not answer, so the form was sent to a backup address. The data is not lost, but we cannot confirm it right now, and there will be no CV link yet.

So it does not rest on that — send us one message on WhatsApp. We will find your submission and send the CV link.

Message us on WhatsApp

One thing left: the photograph.

It has to come separately — send it in one WhatsApp message and we will attach it to the CV.

Send the photo on WhatsApp

We do not guarantee employment: the employer decides. What happens to your profile is set out in the terms.

How a Gulf CV differs from the one you have

Six differences that stop a familiar CV from working here. The form above is built to close every one of them.

Right-to-work status comes first, not last

A European or CIS CV opens with experience. Here the employer first looks at where you physically are and whether you may work in the country. That decides whether you are on site in a week or in four months.

Projects matter more than employers

A company name means nothing to someone who does not know it. A project name says everything: scale, class, type of work. That is why 'project or asset' is a field of its own.

Numbers instead of duties

'Responsible for quality' describes a process anyone can sit inside for years. 'Ran the concrete frame on two sixteen-storey blocks with crews of up to forty' is a claim that can be checked. The second gets read; the first gets skipped.

The file has to be machine readable

Large employers in the Kingdom screen CVs automatically. A handsome PDF built as an image fails that screen and never reaches a person. Our CV always carries a real text layer.

One page, with a photograph

Two pages are rarely finished. A photograph, by contrast, is expected here — and a phone shot is fine if it follows the rules we show inside the form.

Job titles in the local wording

A literal translation of a national job title means nothing here. In the English version we render the title the way it is understood locally, otherwise the CV does not read.

Frequent questions

What does it cost to fill this in and get the CV?

Nothing. Neither the profile, nor the CV, nor passing the CV to an employer costs the candidate anything. Recruitment is paid for by the employer — standard practice in this market. If anyone asks you for money in our name, write to us.

Do I need to sign in to Google or register?

No. The form is filled in without registration and without signing in anywhere. The photograph is uploaded in the form itself.

What if I have no photograph?

The CV is built without one and the layout holds. But a photograph is expected in the Gulf, so it is better to add one — a phone shot will do.

I am already in Saudi Arabia. Does that change anything?

A great deal. If you hold a residence permit transferable to another employer, you are a completely different proposition from a candidate abroad: you can be hired quickly and without a visa procedure. That is why status is asked as a separate question.

Do you guarantee employment?

No. We prepare the CV and pass it to recruiters and the companies we work with. The employer decides, and the work visa is requested by that employer against a specific job. We will not promise timelines or outcomes.

What happens to my data?

The CV sits behind a private link closed to search engines. Contact details reach an employer only after that employer has shortlisted you. We do not collect passport or document numbers. Consent can be withdrawn by email and the data is then deleted.

Which language should I use?

English on this page. We prepare both language versions of the CV ourselves, including rendering job titles in the wording used locally. There is also a Russian version of this form.

Can I change something later?

Yes. Fill the form in again with the same email and phone — the record is updated and the CV rebuilt. No duplicate appears in the database.
