Jobs in the Gulf

Jobs in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf

We help engineers, managers and skilled trades from around the world find work in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar.

CVs are accepted through the form only — that way your profile is filed under your trade and nothing gets lost in chat. Who arranges the visa and who pays for it is set out against the documents.

There are no open vacancies right now — we say it plainly

We build in Riyadh and we are collecting a database of specialists by trade. CV packaging to Gulf standards is always free. A short consultation on your trade is free at the moment as well. Your profile is shown to employers and recruitment partners in the region. When a project needs your trade, we contact you. A candidate never pays for placement: no money for visas, tickets or 'holding a place'.

Who employers are looking for

Vision 2030 construction and a growing regional economy create demand for many profiles.

Engineers and technical office

Designers, quantity surveyors, BIM, technical office, supervision.

Project managers

Project managers, section heads, site managers, contract managers.

Skilled trades

Fit-out, installers, welders, electricians, heavy equipment operators.

Office, IT and services

IT, finance, sales, procurement, hospitality and services.

How it works

A clear path from CV to job offer.

  1. 01

    Test

Two minutes and we understand your profile and goals.

  2. 02

    CV

Upload your CV through the form — it joins our database.

  3. 03

    Matching

We match your experience with employer requests in the region.

  4. 04

    Interview

We prepare you for the interview and introduce you to the employer.

  5. 05

    Offer

The employer makes an offer and arranges the work visa.

We do not guarantee employment: the employer decides. We promise no timelines — it depends on the projects.

A Gulf-standard CV — free of charge

Gulf employers read CVs differently. We adapt your experience to the local format: a structured English CV, clear job titles, and the projects and results that Gulf clients value.

CV packaging is always free — we need it ourselves, to present you to employers in a format they read. A short consultation on your trade is free at the moment; later it may become a separate paid service, but it never affects your chances of placement. Placement itself is always free for the candidate: the employer pays for recruitment.

Fill in the form and get a review
  • A short consultation on your trade and the demand for it
  • An English CV in the regional format
  • Your experience and projects reframed in the employer's language
  • What documents and approvals are still worth collecting

What happens after the form

  1. 01

We review your experience and documents

Trade, years of experience, documents and any work abroad.

  2. 02

    Consultation and CV

We tell you what is really happening with your trade in the Gulf and repackage your experience the local way. Free while we build the database.

  3. 03

    We show you to employers

Your profile is seen by employers and recruitment partners across the Gulf.

We promise no timelines — it depends on the projects. Your data is stored by us and shown to employers and recruitment partners only after you agree in the form. To be removed from the database, write to info@domusporta.com.

What to know before you move

The employer arranges the visa

The hiring company arranges the work visa and residence permit (iqama). Professionals do not buy visas themselves.

Prepare documents early

Usually a legalised diploma, a police clearance certificate and a medical check. Engineers also need professional registration.

English is the working language

English is essential for office and engineering roles. Basic English is usually enough for skilled trades.

Sign the contract before you travel

Salary terms, housing, flights and insurance are fixed in the contract before you move. Do not travel without a signed offer.

How to avoid scams

  • A legitimate employer never charges for a work visa
  • A job invitation always comes with a written offer and contract
  • Do not travel on a tourist visa to 'sort it out on arrival'
  • Check the company and its registration before sharing documents

Questions about working in the Gulf

Short answers. Details after the test.

How much does employment cost for the candidate?

Recruitment is always free for the candidate — the employer pays. While we build the database, a short consultation and CV packaging to Gulf standards are also free for everyone in it.

Which professionals are needed in Saudi Arabia?

Demand is highest in construction and engineering: engineers, project managers, site managers and skilled trades. IT, finance, sales, hospitality and services are also in demand.

Do I need English?

Yes for engineering, management and office roles. Basic English is usually enough for skilled trades.

Who arranges the work visa?

The employer arranges the work visa and residence permit. If you are asked to buy a visa yourself, treat it as a red flag.

Which documents are needed?

Usually a passport, a legalised diploma, a police clearance certificate and a medical check. The exact list depends on the role and country.

Can I move with my family?

Yes, at certain position levels family visas can be arranged by the employer or the professional. This is discussed at the offer stage.

Do you have open vacancies?

We are building a candidate database and match professionals to employer requests. Take the test and send your CV — we will contact you when a suitable role appears.

Do you work only with Saudi Arabia?

Our main focus is Saudi Arabia, as well as the UAE, Qatar and Oman.

Start with the test

Two minutes — and we will know which roles fit you.
