About the company
How to verify us before you pay
Business relocation attracts intermediaries, and caution is reasonable here. Below is what you can check yourself, without relying on promises.
Where we are based
Riyadh. Not a representative office and not a partner network — the team works inside the Kingdom and runs sites on the ground. That is the difference from consultants who manage your move from another country and hand you to local contractors you never chose.
- We have worked in the Gulf since 2012
- Our own construction company in Riyadh, with active sites
- Working languages: English, Russian, Arabic
- You can visit the sites before any work begins
What we deliver ourselves — and what we don't
An honest boundary of responsibility matters more than a long list of services. Here is where it runs.
We deliver
- Company registration, licensing, visas, bank account
- Finding premises, with a technical survey of the unit
- Fit-out and construction, by our own team
- Supervision of another contractor: budgets, quality, schedule
- Vendor registration and prequalification
We bring in licensed specialists
- Legal opinions — a licensed lawyer in the Kingdom
- Tax matters — a certified tax adviser
- Audit and accounting — a licensed firm
- Notarial and court actions — specialist practitioners
We do not present ourselves as lawyers or auditors. Where a licence is required, a licensed professional does the work; we stay accountable for the outcome and the coordination.
How the work and the money are structured
- 01
Assessment
We examine the task and tell you whether it is feasible in the chosen country, and in what form. If it does not work, you hear that before paying, not after.
- 02
Scope and quote
Scope, stages and cost are fixed before work starts. The figure depends on your activity, company form and the state of your documents — which is why it follows the assessment rather than a price list.
- 03
Payment by stage
The work is split into stages. You see the result of each one before the next begins.
- 04
Reporting
Documents and status at every stage. On construction — photo reports and site access.
Government fees are paid directly to the authorities, not to us. We neither set nor mark up those amounts.
What we will not do
We don't sell licences detached from an outcome
A company with no account, no premises and no first contracts is a folder of documents, not a business. We take it to a working state.
We never charge candidates for a job
Placement is always free for the candidate; the employer pays for recruitment. We take no money for visas, flights or 'holding a place' under any circumstances.
We don't promise timelines outside our control
Government processing times are not ours to control. We give a realistic range and name what can shift it.
We don't guarantee what nobody can guarantee
Bank, visa and licence approvals are decisions of an authority or a bank. We prepare documents to minimise the chance of refusal and flag the risks in advance.
We don't name clients or their projects
Not in correspondence, not in presentations. Your project will not be discussed with anyone either.
How to verify us in person
- 01
A meeting in Riyadh
Before any work and before any payment. We show active sites and introduce the team.
- 02
A video call from a site
If travelling isn't possible yet — a call straight from the construction site.
- 03
A conversation with a technical lead
Not a salesperson, but the person who will run your project.
- 04
A written quote before payment
Scope and stages on paper, not in conversation.
If anyone refuses you on any of these four points — us or anyone else — treat it as a warning sign.
Frequent questions
How can I confirm the company really operates in Saudi Arabia?
Visit and see the sites, speak with a technical lead, ask for a written quote. During registration you see every document and the government registries directly — the company is set up in your name, not ours.
Do you take payment upfront?
The work is split into stages and each is paid separately. We do not ask for the full amount in advance.
What happens if a licence or visa is refused?
The decision belongs to a government authority and nobody can guarantee it. Before starting we go through the factors behind refusals and say plainly if we see high risk. What happens in case of refusal is written into the quote in advance.
Do you only work with Russian-speaking businesses?
No. We work with companies from many countries. The site is in Russian and English; in correspondence we also use Arabic.
Can I work with you without being in Saudi Arabia?
Some procedures require you in person, others don't. At the assessment stage we tell you exactly when a visit is needed and for how long.

Start with an assessment
Three minutes for the test, then a conversation about your case. No call, no commitment.
